Let’s begin with the story of IVA from 2010 when it first met the customers… While producing the finest olive oil, we have set our main goal as “high quality and healthy products”.
Our secret comes from the fertile soil of Dardanelles, where is the home for olive trees above 50 years of age. These trees are never treated with chemical fertilizer or other agrochemicals, in order to ensure that the olives are grown purely natural.
From the olive groves to dining tables, we work precisely with our engineers and flavor specialists at each step, in order to deliver you the highest quality olive oil.
Each year during October, we harvest our olives from our own trees manually, using hand and drag.
In order to preserve its fruity flavor and full taste, we extract the oil from the olives on the same day of harvesting, using cold-press technique.
We keep IVA olive oil in sealed and cold nickel tanks before the bottling process, in order to keep its original and soft taste, as well as the freshness.
Finally, we use glass bottles to ensure that IVA meets our customers in its best form. It’s the phase when our olive oil is ready to meet various cold and hot dishes of world cuisine.
